Jadyn Marks

Ms. Jadyn Marks is an associate with Gilbert Employment Law, focusing on representing federal employees in claims of whistleblower retaliation. Her practice includes litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Ms. Marks served as a law clerk with the firm prior to joining as an associate in 2023. She previously worked as a litigation intern with Government Accountability Project and as a student attorney with the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic at The George Washington University Law School. Ms. Marks was a finalist in the 2021 ABA Regional Negotiations Competition. She was Senior Notes Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal, and her note, "Whose Lie Is It Anyway? Holding Social Media Sites Liable for Procedural Election Disinformation" was published in 2022. She was also a Legal Research and Writing Dean's Fellow.

Ms. Marks graduated with her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon.

Ms. Marks is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
