Perlmutter and Johnathan P. Lloyd have now become Principals of the firm, and that P&K associate Erik D. Snyder has become a Senior Associate of the firm.
Mr. Perlmutter joined P&K as an associate in July 2007 and has been a senior associate since January 2013. Mr. Lloyd joined P&K as a law clerk in January 2008; Mr. Lloyd became an associate in May 2010 and a senior associate in 2015. Mr. Snyder joined P&K as an associate in December 2015.
