Mr. Samuel Wolf is an Associate Attorney with Gilbert Employment Law, focusing on the representation of both federal and private sector employees involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as violations of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related state and local laws. Mr. Wolf’s practice includes litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Prior to joining Gilbert Employment Law as an Associate in 2025, Mr. Wolf served as a law clerk with the firm. In addition to clerking with the firm during law school, Mr. Wolf was an Articles Editor for the American Bar Association’s Administrative Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Wolf served as the Voter Protection Director for the Missouri Democratic Party in 2024, and he has additionally worked on voting rights with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Mr. Wolf also worked as a Research Assistant for Professor N. Jeremi Duru and helped contribute to Forward Progress: The Rooney Rule and Its Post-SFFA Relevance, which was published in Harvard Law School’s Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. Mr. Wolf also worked as a Legal Intern at Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities in the summer of 2023.

Prior to law school, Mr. Wolf worked as a Legal Assistant at Rapid Finance and as a paralegal at Stevens Law Group. Mr. Wolf has also interned at the National League of Cities, End Citizens United, the Massachusetts States House, and on Capitol Hill.

Mr. Wolf graduated with his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the American University School of Public Affairs.

Mr. Wolf is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
