PASSMAN & KAPLAN FOUNDING PRINCIPAL JOSEPH V. KAPLAN TO PRESENT AT THE ANNUAL FDR CONFERENCE IN SAN FRANCISCO, AUGUST 7-10, 2017

This year’s conference is in San Francisco on August 7-10, 2017. Mr. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] will be participating in a mock trial of an EEOC case and a mock trial of an MSPB case. Additionally, Mr. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] will be participating on an “advanced” panel on Resolving Reasonable Accommodation Challenges, and a further panel entitled “These Divisive Times: When Politics caps bills Into the Workplace.”
