Specifically, Mr. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] will be speaking on a panel resented by the Section’s Federal Sector Labor & Employment Law Committee presenting a “Whistleblower Case Update.” The Panel will be reviewing decisions of the federal appeals courts and the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board in the wake of the 2012 passage of the Whistleblower Protection Enhancements Act.
