P&K Founding Principal Joseph V. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] has been appointed to the adjunct faculty of American University in Washington, DC at the rank of Lecturer beginning Summer 2009. Mr. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] will be teaching in the University’s Key Executive Leadership Certificate Program, which is a part of AU’s School of Public Affairs. Mr. [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-4″] will primarily lecture on issues related to constitutional law, administrative law, and privacy and whistleblower protection.
