On June 1, 2022, Kevin Owen, Partner, was quoted in an article in the National Law Journal concerning the recent leak of a draft U.S. Supreme Court opinion. Mr. Owen discussed the potential process for a misconduct investigation of federal employees and the application of the Federal Fase Statements Act.
