Mr. Keith M. Taubenblatt is an associate at Gilbert Employment Law. His practice focuses on civil rights law with a concentration in employment discrimination. Since joining the firm, Mr. Taubenblatt has represented employees and entities in private and public sector employment disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related state and local laws. Mr. Taubenblatt’s practice includes litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

During law school, Mr. Taubenblatt was a student attorney with the Georgetown Health Justice Alliance Clinic, where he represented clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution forums on a variety of matters including family law disputes and claims under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. He also served as a law clerk with the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. Mr. Taubenblatt was an Executive Articles Editor with the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy.

Mr. Taubenblatt earned his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in political science. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
