Olivia Miller
Biography
Ms. Olivia Miller is an associate with Gilbert Employment Law, focusing on the representation of both federal and private sector employees involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as violations the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title IX, and related state and local laws. Ms. Miller's practice includes litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
Prior to joining Gilbert Employment Law as an associate in 2022, Ms. Miller served as a law clerk with the firm. In addition to clerking with Gilbert Employment Law during law school, Ms. Miller served as a law clerk for Administrative Judge Stephanie Herrera at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As a student attorney with the Civil Advocacy Clinic, Ms. Miller represented an employee in a wage and hour dispute claim in D.C. Superior Court. Ms. Miller also was a Senior Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review. In addition, Ms. Miller was a Legal Rhetoric Classroom Dean's Fellow.
Ms. Miller graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from Colgate University.
Ms. Miller is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
