Ms. Sandra R. Braschi is an associate attorney with Gilbert Employment Law who represents federal employees, government agencies, and private sector employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and state and federal courts. Ms. Braschi has a strong interest in litigating sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage theft claims before judicial and administrative bodies.

During law school, Ms. Braschi worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Braschi also practiced as a Rule 16 Student Prosecutor in Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office, and gained experience in oral advocacy by competing in the Hispanic National Bar Association's Moot Court Competition in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje (International Arbitration Competition) in Santiago, Chile.

Ms. Braschi graduated from American University Washington College of Law. Ms. Braschi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from St. Thomas University, where she received an athletic scholarship to play soccer.
