Ms. Marlene A. Ailloud represents public and private sector employees in employment discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in federal and state court. She represents victims of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, and retaliation. Ms. Ailloud also litigates violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and related state statutes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Ailloud worked as an immigration attorney in Fairfax, VA, representing clients in affirmative and defensive proceedings before the Arlington Immigration Court, the Arlington Asylum Office, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Ailloud also served as a volunteer with the DC Employment Justice Center Workers' Rights Clinic.

In law school, Ms. Ailloud served on the staff of the Administrative Law Review and worked as a student attorney for the Immigrant Justice Clinic, representing clients in immigration and employment matters. Ms. Ailloud interned at the Arlington Immigration Court where she drafted decisions on behalf of Immigration Judges. She also interned for Neighborhood Legal Services Program, providing legal aid to DC residents in family, landlord-tenant, and public benefits law.

Ms. Ailloud received her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. She graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University.

Ms. Ailloud is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the Maryland Employment Lawyers Association.
